LOCATION: 3201 S Coddington Ave, Lincoln


RUN TIMES:

8:30 a.m. - 5th Graders
8:50 a.m. - 4th Graders
9:10 a.m. - 3rd Graders
9:30 a.m. - 2nd Graders
9:50 a.m. - 1st Graders
10:10 a.m. - Kindergartners


ENTRY FEE: $10 per runner. Entry fee includes Trick or Trot t-shirt, coupon for a free kids meal at Mr. Goodcents Subs & Pastas, free shoe gift certificates (60 random drawings) from Lincoln Running Company and a gift certificate for two free games of bowling at Sun Valley Lanes.


ENTRY DEADLINE: Your completed entry form must be turned in to your P.E. Teacher or the Nebraska Sports Council by Monday, October 19. NO ON-SITE ENTRY. Entries that come in after the deadline are not guaranteed a Trick or Trot shirt.


COURSE: The course will be run in Lincoln's beautiful Pioneers Park, located on the southwest edge of Lincoln. The one mile course runs over gentle, grass covered rolling hills. Fans will have a great opportunity to view the runners as they complete their mile run. Pioneers Park is the home cross country course for the University of Nebraska, Nebraska Wesleyan University, and all Lincoln area high schools.


NOTE: For the saftey of the runners, we suggest that they do not wear costumes during the run.


SCHOOL AWARDS: Schools will be divided into Division "A" (400 or more students) and Division "B" (399 or less). Awards plaques will be given in the two divisions and award winners will be determined by the percentage of their student body that has enrolled. The top three schools in each division will receive a plaque. Entries must be received by October 19th to count toward school's totals.


T-SHIRTS: T-shirts are awarded to all runners who register by October 19. Be sure to mark the size of the t-shirt on the entry form.


PARKING: It's best to enter Pioneers Park by using the West Van Dorn Street entrance. Parking attendants will direct you where to park.


RESULTS: Individual results will not be provided so be sure to look at the clock when you finish for your finish time.
